I love working with customers to determine what their vision is and providing communication along the way with photographs to make your vision come to life. OUR SHIPPING POLICY
How We Do It
We cover return shipping to you for both quilt design and Longarm quilting services. I typically ship USPS Priority mail, or UPS, which both include $100 of insurance. If you would like me to purchase more insurance on your behalf, please let me know. Please know that I do not cover any additional insurance and will add any extra onto your invoice. I do not require additional insurance, but it is always and option. Little Stitch Shoppe is not help responsible for lost packages.

Since all of my work is custom and made to order, I do not offer returns or refunds. If you are unhappy with something, please let me know and I am happy to work with you.
